1. General Refund Policy

At x3aa Services, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our Xbox enhancement solutions. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis, subject to the conditions outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: The service was not delivered within the promised timeframe due to issues on our end.
  • Service Failure: The service did not perform as advertised (e.g., followers not added, gamerscore not boosted).
  • Account Issues: The service could not be applied due to account restrictions beyond the user’s control, provided security measures (e.g., 2FA) were disabled as instructed.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • User errors, such as providing incorrect account details or failing to disable security measures.
  • Change of mind after the service has been initiated or completed.
  • Account bans or restrictions imposed by Microsoft, as these are risks acknowledged in our Terms of Service.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us via our Contact Us page with your order details, including the transaction ID and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request within 48 hours and respond with the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where a service is partially delivered (e.g., partial follower delivery), we may offer a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion of the service, at our discretion.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your access to x3aa Services. We encourage you to resolve issues directly with our support team to avoid unnecessary disputes.
